由Chris Barron, Eric Schenkman, Aaron Comess, Mark White 4位高中死黨組成的另類音樂樂團-「說謊專家」（Spin Doctors）在1988年於在紐約市成立，當初以「卡車公司」（Trucking Company）為團名闖蕩江湖，琅琅上口的旋律加上另類的歌詞在紐約這個人文薈萃的大都會大受歡迎。他們最為台灣樂迷熟知的就是1992全美排行no.7金曲Two Princes（這也是台灣樂迷熟悉的汽車廣告曲）
